Another Awesome Giveaway Win

Hi there friends ! Bet a few of you thought that I had disappeared into that far away galaxy of la la land, but no that isn't what happened. We are  still having computer woes . If we are able to even connect to the internet then as soon as we open a page we loose our connection. So if I seem to be neglecting your blogs it is not by my choice ,I really have missed keeping up with you all.

I wanted to share with you another fabulous win that I received in the mail on Saturday from Samantha over at http://samanthasaccessories.blogspot.com/2011/08/fall-country-sampler.html . I was blessed enough to win  one of her Christmas in July giveaways. It is the cutest  Christmas bear sitting on an alphabet block and if that were not enough she included two of her great smelling tarts.Boy do they smell yummy! I already told hubby I would be ordering some soon .Samantha I can not thank you enough ,I love it and it will go on permanent display in my craft room. So if you aren't familiar with Samantha then be sure to check out her blog. She is a very talented lady and offers a variety of wonderful things. Thanks again my new friend! Here is  a picture of my wonderful bear ,which I named Mr.Cheer .He makes me smile whenever I see him.

Here is a close up of the sweet framed stitchery he is holding.Did I mention that I think he is adorable!LOL!

I have really been blessed of late to win some wonderful giveaways from some very special and talented ladies.I truly thank each of them from the bottom of my heart!

There has not been a lot going on around  home lately other than working on my craft room.It has become an albatross  around my neck ! I could never get it organized  the way I wanted ,so crazy loon that I am ,I ripped it completely out. There are  just  piles of junk laying everywhere.I had a friend recently tell me I should not call it junk ... but my stuff instead but truthfully it is looking more like junk everyday! Is a craft room a necessity ? Could I survive with out a craft room and doing crafts ? The family screams no but I am thinking it just might be possible.LOL!

Where do you craft ? Is it  a designated room and what do you craft? I am blessed to have a room that is dedicated to only doing crafts and I am thankful for it . I just wish the lay out was better and that I could get it arranged .LOL!Have any of you decoupaged a work surface before and if so how did it work out? I am thinking of doing my table tops in the craft room but wonder about the durability of them.

I also wanted to take a moment to thank all of my new followers  and the my faithful friends that leave comments each post. I have not been able to respond because of the computer issue but know that I am reading them as it allows and appreciate each one of them. You all make my world a brighter place !
Well I better close before I loose my connection .I hope that each of you are having a wonderful week and hope to catch up on things soon.Hugs,Jen

Congratulations!
Hope that you get it all sorted out with the computer..... that can be such a headache!
Even if you don't have an entire craft room--- you still need a hutch or closet for your creative stuff :)

Congratulations, Jen!! Holy smokes - you're almost getting as lucky as this ol' crow here!! That bear is mighty cute!! Like his new name too! No, I am not fortunate enough to have my own craft room or area....I punch, hook, cross stitch, and do various other crafts as the fancy hits - and my "stuff" is stashed all over my tiny house. (I've gotten real creative with "storage" solutions....) But, mostly, my projects spill at my feet by "my chair" - a true mess. What I regret most, though, is not having an area where I can keep my sewing machine - it is stored away in the computer/study/guest room with tons of crafting magazines and books on top. So when I need to use it, I have to clear it off, then (usually) clear a spot on the dining room table, and haul it out there. Needless to say, I'd use it so much more if it were more accessible - and I wouldn't "stack" sewing projects and tasks for the rare days I do haul it out. You are blessed to have an area to call your own - and even more so that your family encourages your crafting....mine doesn't seem to understand my need and just shake their heads....Craft on, lucky lady!! Good luck with the computer issues - we miss ya!! Smiles & Hugs ~ Robin
